Delete your Noxentry account

You can permanently delete your Noxentry account and all data associated with it.

Fastest way: in the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. That removes everything immediately. Use the form below only if you can no longer access the app.

What gets deleted

Your account and all associated data, including your profile, the alerts you posted, your SOS contacts, notifications, push tokens, saved trips, and votes. This cannot be undone.

Timeframe

Requests are actioned within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it, as described in our privacy policy.
